The decor screams 1990s, serious updates needed!!! Wifi issues left me stranded from the digital world!!! Dining experience seemed like school lunch, very crowded and disorganized!!!

The location, the dining options, the pool area was superb.

mostly clean, easy free parking, good location for Garda (which isn't that great a town), helpful and friendly staff.

Dark interiors, long corridors, no sound-proofing in the walls (so you hear everything that happens outside or in adjacent rooms), loud plumbing and seemed to be a filled with retired travellers / coach trips.

Nothing, apart from the TV in the bar. The loudest plumbing in the world, tatty rooms, staff not putting on the aircon, dirty cutlery and crockery, and walls so thin you can here all the noisy guests and their mates. Did not sleep a wink.

Great spot with fun vibes!

Had a blast chilling by the pool, it's super clean and huge! The cocktail bar was a highlight, and they had some cool live music, made the atmosphere fun. Breakfast was also a treat, lots of choices daily. Just wish the decor was more modern, it felt a bit outdated.

Nice place with its free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, seasonal outdoor pool, and a lovely bar lounge area. The staff helped me with local info during my first stay. I recommend trying the pina colada!

The space has a good cocktail bar with entertainment on certain nights. I appreciated the variety and presentation during breakfast. The food consistently impressed me. Daily room service showed up on time and kept everything clean, which helped create a comfortable atmosphere. The decor feels stuck in time, echoing earlier decades and really needs refreshing. Despite being clean, both the bedroom and the bathroom showed signs of wear. The air conditioning struggled to cool the room effectively, uncomfortable on warmer nights. The pool area had some uneven paving, made walking tricky, affecting overall enjoyment. Even though food at breakfast was great, the dining area often felt overcrowded was nice. These aspects affected the overall feel of the stay, though the cocktails were a highlight, especially the pina colada.

The large pool was perfect for cooling off during hot days, and we enjoyed playing a game of table tennis. The staff were friendly and accommodating, we had fresh towels daily.

The air conditioning wasn't reliable, and even after reporting it, it broke again .

During our 4 nights, we enjoyed relaxing by the large pool, which was impeccably clean. The highlight of our stay was the lively cocktail bar. the entertainment was a fun addition to the evenings. Breakfast was consistently impressive, offering a wide variety, and our room was cleaned daily with fresh towels.

The hotel's cute bar area provided a comfortable space to relax. The pool was clean, a great relief on warm days.
